The City chain is oriented to a citizen with higher income. The growth rates of
the economies of the Baltic States are increasing rapidly, and the number of
such consumers is therefore constantly increasing in all larger cities. In
2006, the turnover of the City chain grew by almost 36%. The growing tendency
remains this year as well. During QI 2007, the turnover of the City chain
increased by 38.2%, as compared with the same period of the previous year.
Thus, Apranga Group expands this chain and constantly develops its concept, as
well as complements it with new trade marks. The plans for autumn 2007 include
a brand new type of a store with the area of 3000 thousand square metres in
Vilnius, oriented to a better-off consumer.

Beginning of April Apranga Group in shopping centre Akropolis, Kaunas, opened 9
stores: Zara, Mango, Apranga, City Men&Women, Bershka, Pull and Bear, S.Oliver,
Mexx, Aprangos Galerija. The rearrangements of Apranga Group stores on Laisves
avenue are also due to the opening of Akropolis. Beginning of April, the store
Mados Linija, which introduced the worldwide famous luxurious brand names like
D&G, GF Ferre, Armani Jeans, Just Cavalli, Versace Jeans, 7 For All Man Kind,
Dirk Bikkenbergs was launched on Laisves avenue. Last autumn a store for men
and women Hugo Boss was launched on Laisves avenue. After all above mentioned
rearrangements on this part of Laisves avenue an attractive zone of luxury
stores is settled.

Apranga Group operates a chain of 76 stores in the Baltic States: 55 in
Lithuania, 18 in Latvia, 3 in Estonia. Apranga Group has already launched 16
new stores this year. 5 stores were closed in order to increase the efficiency
of the chain. The trading area operated by Apranga Group has increased by 6
thousand sq. m. in 1Q 2007 and has reached 46 thousand sq.m. The coming
projects are the franchising store for the youth Bershka located in the
Gedimino street, Vilnius, also Apranga outlet in Kaunas.

In 1Q 2007, Apranga Group's turnover amounted to LTL 91.8 million (EUR 26.6
million) and was 58.6 % larger as compared to the same period in 2006 (LTL 57.9
million or EUR 16.8 million). Preliminary unaudited profit before taxes of
Apranga Group was LTL 5.70 million (EUR 1.65 million) in 1st quarter 2007, that
is 4 times more than in 1st quarter 2006 (LTL 1.43 million (EUR 413 thousand)).

The company is owned by the MG Baltic concern.
