In October 2007 the retail chain turnover of Apranga Group in Lithuania was LTL
31.7 million (EUR 9.2 million) increasing by 32% in comparison to the 2006
result. Retail turnover of Apranga Group in foreign markets was LTL 16.1
million (EUR 4.7 million) and has increased by 40.6%.

In spite of unusually warm weather, 33 of 79 stores of “Apranga” group reached
absolute monthly turnover records in October.

The turnover of Apranga Group retail chain has made LTL 354.3 million (EUR
102.6 million) in January through October 2007, increasing by 48.5% comparing
to corresponding period of last year.

In ten months of 2007 the retail chain turnover of Apranga Group has increased
by 48.4% in Lithuania, 54.1% in Latvia, and 35.3% in Estonia.

The highest growth rate was achieved by the youth chain stores (96.6%), and
luxury chain stores (43.8%).

In 2007 Apranga Group has already opened or reconstructed 23 stores, 6 stores
were closed. Apranga Group will open 4 more stores in November 2007, including
3000 sq. m. department clothing store in Vilnius, biggest in Northern Europe
“Hugo Boss” store in Riga, and the first “Bershka” store in Tallinn.

Evaluating that “Apranga” group has finished all development projects planned
for 2007 and has started additional projects already, also evaluating that most
stores performed better than planned, Apranga Group announces higher plans of
2007 results. The 2007 yearly retail turnover plan is increased from LTL 415
million (EUR 120 million) to LTL 435 million (EUR 126 million), and profit
before taxes plan from LTL 31 million (EUR 9 million) to LTL 32.5 million (EUR
9.4 million).

In 2007 retail turnover of Apranga Group has made LTL 299.3 million (EUR 86.7
million) in 2007, and profit before taxes was LTL 21 million (EUR 6.1 million).

Apranga Group is owned by the concern MG Baltic.
